if I sign up as a member?
No, you will not be charged if you sign up as a member and
Mama Likes It Easy will never forward your personal
information (including email address) to a third party.
Does membership
have its rewards?
Yes, membership does have its rewards! Once a member (see
sign-up option on the upper left corner on our Homepage),
you will have access to special Mama Likes It Easy
promotions, discounts and new product announcements.
What is your shipping policy?
You can expect your order to be shipped in 1-2 business days
from our Los Angeles, California location.
Mama Likes It Easy uses a variety of carriers for each
shipping option and chooses the most appropriate delivery
method for your desired address. Mama Likes It Easy offers
Ground and Express shipping options.
Shipping Bonus! With a subtotal of $75.00, Mama Likes It Easy will pay for all ground shipping charges. Customer will view their savings at check-out. If applicable, customer is responsible for all taxes.
Can I change or
cancel my order once it has been placed?
As long as you notify Mama Likes It Easy via email before
your order has been shipped, you may change or cancel an
order for a full refund. Send your request immediately to support@mamalikesiteasy.com. Include your name,
order number and reason for cancellation.
What if my order
is damaged?
Mama Likes It Easy strives to provide high quality, durable
products; however, if your order was damaged (including
damage during shipping), we will quickly exchange the
damaged merchandise. You must notify us within 10 days of
the original sale. Send your request to support@mamalikesiteasy.com. Please include your
name, order number and a description of product damaged.
Mama Likes It Easy will promptly contact you with
instructions on how to exchange your damaged item.
What if my order contains a wrong item(s)?
If you feel you have received wrong merchandise, Mama Likes
It Easy apologizes for the mistake. Please contact us within
10 days from the original sale at support@mamalikesiteasy.com.
Can I return my order for a full refund?
Mama Likes It Easy is committed to customer satisfaction.
You can return your order for a refund (minus shipping
charges) within 10 days of the original sale. An item will
only be accepted for a refund if it's in original, new
condition. A shrink wrapped item may be returned out of its original packaging as long as it has not been written
on or damaged. A gift set must be returned in its entirety.
To best insure the return item is not damaged during
shipment, please properly package your shipment. We reserve
the right to not refund a customer if the item is returned
to us damaged (including from shipping damage) or
incomplete.

Although you cannot order an item not mentioned on
our website catalog, we would be very interested in reading
